2-piece table with heart-shaped rosette, purfling around C-holes; 2-piece back (plus 2 small wings) with diamond patterns at bottom and below fold. Middle bouts very assymetrical. Plain pegbox, ebony fingerboard and tailpiece with boxwood perimeter line. Sotheby’s 1984: 2H17C, unlabelled; shown with diamond patterns on tailpiece and bridge end of fingerboard (since changed); BL 67.9, SL 69.5. San Domenico: English, c. 1680.
