Striped back and ribs (sycamore and yew); 2-piece table; both with double purfling. Baines: “Similar to the work of Guersan”. On display 10/01: C-holes clumsily widened, has frets but no strings, and only 3 pegs (pegbox set up for 2 pegs treble, 3 bass side). M. Herzog: head possibly by La Fille.
